TAL employs a total of 32 people, spread across the key functions of manufacture, sales and marketing, R&D and finance. Given the size and skill base of its business, TAL is able to rapidly respond to the needs of its customers, both in terms of supporting existing business needs and future growth development. Effective communication within TAL is an everyday occurrence.
