TAL is committed to the development and application of Oasis SAF® in order to meet the ever-growing number of opportunities within the medical, dental and hygiene sectors. TAL is a member of the European Disposables and Nonwovens Association (EDANA) and receives regular updates from other industry bodies.
The polyacrylate super absorbent chemistry, on which Oasis SAF® is based, has been extensively tested to establish its safe-for-use status in applications that require a high degree of toxicity and regulatory approval. Studies and research undertaken includes: allergenicity; irritation; dermal; genetic; reproductive and ingestion.
